The visit will be an introduction to the heart of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve, where the vineyard is harmoniously integrated into a landscape full of diversity of plants, trees and animals and where you can experience by first-hand the history of the agriculture in our territory.
The coexistence of tradition and innovation in an 8-hectare environment where the human activity lives in balance with the native forests, plants and fauna. This is where the Txakoli's character is perfectly understood: a unique ancestral beverage that has recovered its social, cultural and economic importance by strolling through the Hondarrabi Zuri vineyards and centenaries oak forests.
The tasting of 3 products that aim to highlight the geological and microclimatic diversity of Bizkaia in a simple, pleasant and professional way.
The care taken with the different spaces and details where the products will be tasted will help us to better understand the history and reality of our Txakoli.
